You can cure many ailments with home remedies that are natural and have no side effects. Natural remedies are available in nature. They are mainly medicinal, and we can use them for their therapeutic value. We usually reach for an aspirin each time we have a headache or any other familiar drug for any ailment we have. However, these chemical drugs can have side-effects that may prove harmful to us in the long run. Hence it makes better sense to stick to all natural remedies as far as you can. 

Cure A Headache Naturally

A headache is a common ailment, and we all suffer from one very often. We may have a headache from stress and work pressures, exposure to too much sun, pollution, noise, or even weak eyesight. Instead of popping a pill to relieve the pain, try to apply a cold pack to the area that hurts and leave it there for about fifteen minutes. Massage your temples with circular motions and drink some peppermint or chamomile tea as it has relaxing effects. 

Nasal Congestions Vanish with This Treatment

If you suffer from nasal congestion, boil some eucalyptus leaves inhale the steam. Place your face over the boiling hot water, cover your head with a large towel, and take some deep breaths. You can mix bay leaf, cinnamon, and sage in boiling water. The smell will unclog your nose fast. Drink a glass of water with two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. You can mix two tablespoons of honey in it. Let it stand for a while before you drink it. Even inhaling steam can benefit you. 

 Keep Constipation at Bay

If you are suffering from constipation, drink some mallow tea every morning before breakfast. Orange and kiwi juice will also help by increasing the amount of fiber in your diet. Another great way to relieve constipation is to consume a glass of warm milk with one tablespoon of Isabgol (psyllium husk) at bedtime. Drink plenty of water all through the day, and eat plenty of fresh fruits and lots of vegetables. Green leafy vegetables in fresh salads will also help. 

Relieve the Symptoms of Coughs and Colds

Prevent or relieve the symptoms of coughs and colds by drinking orange juice every morning. It is a rich source of an important vitamin-Vitamin C. Eucalyptus is also soothing. You can boil some leaves and inhale the steam. You can also get some eucalyptus oil and put a few drops on your clothing at bedtime. Make your tasty cough remedy at home by mixing honey with ginger extract. You can also mix about seven tablespoons of honey in two cups of lemon juice and drink it every hour on the first day and every three hours after that. 

Get Rid of Acne with These Face Packs

If you have sensitive skin and suffer from acne, try using a face pack made from a mixture of 3 teaspoons of oatmeal, two teaspoons of yogurt, and pieces of orange peel that have been refrigerated. Drink lemon tea twice a day to clear your skin. A face mask containing honey and cinnamon can also help. Apply it to your face and leave it for about ten minutes before you decide to wash it off. Use diluted apple cider vinegar to clean your skin with cotton wool. It will remove dead cells and make your skin look fresh. 

Use Vinegar to Massage Your Scalp and Prevent Hair Loss

Most of us suffer from hair loss. You can apply raw onion or garlic juice on the scalp. You can rinse with lemon juice after leaving it on for twenty minutes. You can also mix coconut milk and carrot juice and apply it lavishly to the scalp. Remove aloe vera gel from a leaf and dissolve the gel in warm water. You can apply the concotion to your hair and massage it well. Leave it on for about ten minutes and then wash it off with warm water. Vinegar is known to stimulate blood circulation. Dissolve some vinegar in water and massage your scalp with it. Rinse your hair after about ten minutes.

 Get Relief from Nausea

Ginger can help to relieve symptoms of nausea. You can put fresh ginger in your food or make some ginger tea. Peppermint also relieves nausea. If you are suffering from nausea you could benefit from avoiding carbonated drinks as they cause bloating. Drink lots of water and include fresh fruit juices, especially lemon juice. Also, you will have to avoid spicy and greasy foods.
